About Us
The new owners of the Memory Cottage in Shallotte, NC are Rick and Susan Hessman. Sue is a retired North Carolina Public School teacher who loves decorating homes, condos, and beach rentals. She has a unique ability to make everything look better, cleaner and more inviting to owners and guests. Rick is currently a North Carolina Public School administrator who loves living at Holden Beach. The couple has lived in the area since 2016.
